Corporate Governance
Alternus Energy (the “Company”) is committed to achieving the highest standards of corporate governance and the Company regularly reviews the governance structures and arrangements as it grows to meet this goal. The Alternus Board is responsible for the leadership, oversight, control, development and long-term success of the Group. As the Company’s main activity directly involves green energy it is highly conscious and aware of the need to mitigate climate change and protect the environment, and strives to position sustainability at the core of its operations. As Alternus moves forward it is working on implementing a sustainability policy framework which will formalise its sustainability goals across the Company.
